This month marked a turning-point for me: I’m shifting from the immersive research phase to the writing-down-the-words phase. I’m tracking my daily word count with a sticker system (inspired by the #AmWriting podcast) to cheer myself along in the process. The other thing I am doing is keeping a book-writing journal. Perhaps it’s a bit meta to write about writing but I’m finding that so far it’s helped me organize my creative thoughts as I have them. More on this as I go!
